4 chicken drumsticks (about 1 lb)

4 medium red peppers, sliced

1 sweet onion, sliced

2tbsp olive oil, Extra Virgin

4tsp paprika (gluten-free)

8 dashes salt & pepper


1. Preheat oven to 400F.

2. Place drumsticks in a baking dish (that has a lid). Top with peppers and
