Pumpkin Recipe of the Day: Pumpkin Protein Balls

Pumpkin Protein Balls

1 cup pumpkin puree

•1.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

•1/2 cup almonds

•1.5 cups old fashioned oats

•1/2 cup flax or chia seeds

•1 tablespoon honey

Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend. Scoop and roll into balls, refrigerate for 2 hours, and enjoy!
