1 cup steel cut oats

•1.5 cups water

•1.5 cups almond milk

•2 apples, diced

•3 tablespoons brown sugar

•1 tablespoon cinnamon

•1/4 cup raisins

•1 tablespoon coconut oil

•Optional toppings: coconut flakes, fresh fruit, your favorite

nuts.

Add all ingredients to well-oiled crockpot

and stir well. Cook on low for 5-6 hours,

or until cooked through.
